Dear Employee, It's wonderful to hear from you and thank you for your feedback! One of Team Velocity's goals as an organization is to provide our team members with all the tools and support they need to continue to grow while working at Team Velocity, and to encourage them to become trailblazers, both within our industry and in all they pursue. It's surprising to hear that you do not feel there are enough opportunities for advancement. We have many employees that started as interns and have grown into mid and senior level positions in a short period of time (some over the course of just 5 years!). In our last All-Hands meeting, we announced two major promotions on the production team and recently promoted two people in client services to brand new positions we created. At Team Velocity, the opportunities for promotions and career growth are endless, you just have to be proactive enough to seek them out. All job openings are posted on our website and announced during All-Hands meetings. If you are interested in learning what you can grow your career, talk to your manager, they are there to be your mentor and help you grow! Or, the HR office door is always open so feel free to swing by.

After much research and years in the industry, we feel we fairly compensate all of our employees and we offer loads of benefits from a fair salary to healthcare coverage and fun social events. In addition, we offer a flexible work schedule to those who we feel are responsible enough to work without supervision. As far as opportunities for advancement go, the ad world is a competitive one.
