      Pros

      You become part of a close knit family when you join Team V. Supportive leadership with passion and vision.

      Cons

      Can be demanding/long hours. Definitely feel the "growing pains" at times of a previously small company that is rapidly growing.

      Leadership team is driven and dedicated to driving change, both within the organization, and outside (in terms of product offering and consumer benefits). Product offering to clients is robust and many of the partners achieve measurable, track-able results

      Cons

      Fast change often times creates challenges and angst, not only among associates within the organization, but also potentially with clients as well. Additionally, resources are often times limited, so individuals are required to wear "many different hats", particularly those in the field. This, again, can create challenges and require additional time and effort outside of normal

      Decent entry level job. Good people.

      Cons

      Compensation is low for cost of living. Management's ego arrives 4 days before they do. Team V hires good people, but ignores when they have problems.
