      Pros

      Great company with a very family oriented environment. Everyone is personable and very welcoming. If your looking for a company that values family and teamwork, you wont find a better place than Team Velocity Marketing. Even the owners of the company are very engaging and involved with every employee, regardless of your title.

      Cons

      Hours can get a little long being 8:30 - 5:30

      Pros

      Great company to launch your career. Amazing growth and lots of opportunity to learn. Amazing work life balance and great coworkers and senior management. Team Velocity has a nice office space and wonderful work environment. In Accounting we have a great leadership and teamwork and problem solving are key. Employees are friendly and you get the opportunity to make good friends. Benefits are at par with industry - Health Insurance and 401K options have improved from last year.

      Cons

      Internet speeds can sometimes be slow - because of a lot of new software development work. Accounting department is heavily focused on collections - probably because of the nature of the industry it operates in.

      Pros

      Well led, passionate and creative team from the ground up. Very encouraging environment and vast amount of opportunity available due to rapid company growth. The entire management team is supportive and invested in everyone's success. Communication has vastly approved in last 12 months with considerable investment of time from owner directly.

      Cons

      Due to needing to keep pace with growth, some people wear many hats which can make their availability scarce when needed, however everyone seems compensates for that by investing their own time which is appreciated.
