Pros
The best culture I have ever been around in a working environment . That includes my five years with one of the Largest Custom Home Builders in the US. This Builder was a top 100 company to work for INK Mag. As four state Midwest solid brand and Builder of the Year in the US 2002 it was a proven great company. I put Team Velocity a notch ahead in a different industry and yet what makes the company even better is the share holders are several working together vs. one. Even know the single share holder had great vision and used collaboration as a key tool, Team Velocity has a stride like I have never experienced. Great Team and place to grow the mind and personal being while high energy and fun are alive and well !
