      Pros

      This place has an awesome work culture/environment. It's a very laid back atmosphere with a team-building feel. There are opportunities to work remotely, which is great for anyone who likes to travel. Overall great company to work for. I really only left because the commute was too taxing for me after a year of working there.

      Cons

      The work for this position is a tad repetitive and tedious at times. Not for someone who craves a job with a lot of movement and creativity.

      Pros

      Team Velocity has many benefits to working here: They hire good people, the office is visually impressive, they provide snacks throughout the day and engage in activities such as a monthly Beer Friday event. I haven't been here long but I have seen that many employees have enjoyed working here for a few years which is great to see. Within my personal role, I feel encouraged to bring my ideas to the table and enjoy that very much.

      Cons

      I heard there was a zoo event that I was looking forward to attending. Hoping we can do it next year :)

      Pros

      1. The people are awesome - I've made great friends here! 2. The work is challenging - in a good way. Some things about the job is "desk work" which I think is the case with all jobs. But it does challenge your intelligence and ability to persevere. 3. Hard work is rewarded, if your on top of things, and get things done, you become a true asset to the team and you are rewarded financially, and, with more autonomy. 4. Their is NOTHING that makes a company more stable than it's leaders. The leaders here are constantly looking for new technology and new business. It's really motivating and it makes me feel like I have job security.

      Cons

      1. I think it's hard to overcome (when you first begin) the real sense of urgency that is required at this company. It is different from any other company I've worked at. 2. This is also a pro - there is SO MUCH to learn here and that can be overwhelming.
