Pros

100% remote work Nice coworkers

Cons

- They're constantly saying there are growth opportunities when in reality there are not. - They promote unlimited PTO but it isn't. They complain when you take any days off but then the owners' kids can take up to a month off. - Severely underpaid employees, well below the average cost of living. I knew many who could barely afford rent and groceries, living paycheck to paycheck, while the owner and other executives went on pricey vacations. - Health insurance, the top tier, does not cover most medically necessary procedures, medicine, or appointments. - Severance for less than a month if laid off, and the same with health insurance coverage - The company protects the hire-ups and no one else. It doesn't really scream the "Team" mentality they preach. - Nepotism trickles throughout the company. Family is chosen for managerial/executive positions rather than those who have years of experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. While we’re glad you found value in our remote work structure and your colleagues, we want to address several points in your review that do not reflect the reality of our practices or values. We are committed to providing real growth opportunities, and many team members have experienced promotions and internal advancement based on performance and contribution. While not every path looks the same, development is a key part of our culture. Regarding PTO, our unlimited policy is designed to offer flexibility and trust. Employees are encouraged to take time off to recharge, and any concerns about PTO usage are handled directly and fairly—not based on favoritism. Similarly, our compensation strategy is regularly benchmarked against industry standards and adjusted based on role, performance, and market conditions. Our benefits—including health coverage and severance—are thoughtfully selected to support our team. While no plan fits every situation, we aim to provide coverage that balances value and accessibility. We also want to be clear: hiring decisions—at every level—are based on qualifications, experience, and fit, not personal relationships. We understand that perception matters, but we reject the idea that nepotism drives our leadership structure. We care deeply about our team and are always working to improve. While this review does not accurately reflect our company’s reality, we’re committed to listening and growing—because we believe every voice matters.
