Pros

Good benefits, remote work options

Cons

The department I worked for was nothing sort of a disaster in its management. The company overall seemed great, but the specific part of the company I worked with had poor management, overworked leadership that was too busy to train new entry level employees, and the department lead was an awful communicator. I could never tell if they didn’t know what they actually wanted from projects, and were making it all up as they went, or if they truly were so swamped that the frazzled and hazy management style was a result of little to no free time to help onboard and train new employees. I was often handed tasks with unclear expectations or instructions and when I attempted to reach out for clarification, was met with hostility or frustration, or just plain confusion. I was told repeatedly this was a normal thing by severs fellow employees. Many of them had been there for years with seemingly no upward mobility in the company, and they all seemed overworked and underpaid.
