Pros

There is unlimited over time and once you learn how to do this payroll you can go else where.

Cons

The department lacks Leadership, they do not communicate and they are very biases. You can never get a straight answer for anything. They show extreme favoritism to certain ethnic group by employee them on the first day from staffing agencies without even posting the position internally, all of them had no experience in an office setting period. Once you become permanent from the agency a pay cut is in forced and the agency will not help negotiate wages on your behave. The training is ridiculous and YES they have a high turn over rate not because the work is hard but because of poor leadership.

Pros

TH has competitive pay and benefits with flexible work schedule.

Cons

Corporate view of IT is "out of sight out of mind". IT employees operates totally out of fear. All due for settling for an unqualified CIO,. Standard discriminatory firing practices by him has all fearful. He has about 60% firing of minorities and senior personnel. HR dept. consistently protects management and not the employee. Corporate is either ignoring or supporting this behavior. The number of firings and turnover within IT is all time high.

Great co-workers and direct supervisors

Cons

Company tends to over look current employees that apply for promotional opportunities who are more than qualified for director, manager and supervisor positions , they tend to hire external candidates with NO experience for these positions.
