They welcomed me with open arms into their family. They offer amazing competitive benefits for the individual and family. They offer a competitive salary. They are there to answer any and all of your needs and questions. Management is respectful and compassionate. They treat you like a human being and not just a work-horse. They appreciate all you do and will tell you every day "thank you" and "we appreciate you." It's nice to hear, especially coming from a previous employer who NEVER told you thank you EVER. They value you as an employee and want you to succeed and move up.

People are great, pay is very good, seems to have great management. For the company to be as big as it is you still don't feel left behind like some corporate places. Also they take your safety very serious.
