Pros

Fantastic Finance supervisor. Very knowledgable about the business and is willing to share his experiences, so he can grow his staff professionally. He listens to what you are saying and is interested in your opinion. He is supportive in business decision-making, and is decisive. One of the best bosses I've ever had.

Cons

Processes and procedures often need updating. There seems to be a reluctance-to-change mindset in some departments. In order to attract the best talent, we need to "leave those people at the train station," if they haven't bought a ticket. You can choose to take this as a negative, or embrace it as low hanging fruit. If you are bright and eager to dive in to drive positive change, this is a great opportunity. Upper management sees the drivers of positive change and recognizes them.

Pros

I work in the corporate (operations/accounting/finance/etc), so that is the source of my insight. Pros are as follows: - Strong ethics - Positive attitudes and outlooks from top management - Positive, hard-working, professional employees across all corporate departments - "Approachable" top management - Promotions between departments are encouraged - Good health benefits - Good Pay and PTO Overall, a very hard-working, positive, professional environment

Cons

Again, my insight relates to the corporate environment since that is my working area. Cons are as follows: - Geographic separation in some departments tends to create a lack of communication from mid-level management - Lack of sharing of knowledge/communication between departments. - Different standards of professionalism between the different geographic areas of work - Overall, a bit of lack of communication and sharing of knowledge between departments could be better

Pros

Having always worked in healthcare, this organization is the most focused on "doing the right thing" and honestly has the best people in the business working here. It seems like any person I interact with, from the very top to entry-level, is professional, courteous, and helpful. TeamHealth is focused on why they do what they do and this inspires me to work really hard but also makes the wok I do much more enjoyable.

Cons

The company is so large that they are not as nimble communicating changes and adopting technology. There is a mix of "thinking out of the box" and "doing things the way they have always been done". Sometimes the latter leads to inefficient processes.
