      Pros

      People are very nice.

      Cons

      All processes are manual and some haven't been looked at in years. Won't put money towards programs needed to make the company run more efficiently. No real direction.

      Pros

      As an administrative employee there are endless opportunities to affect positive change in this organization which is rare for companies this size. The culture is fast paced and competitive. TH allows lots of positions to work remote and has flexible schedules.

      Cons

      TeamHealth is not perfect but the pros outweigh the cons. Right now the company is in flux. We've been purchased by Blackstone, we're rebuilding our executive management team, and we're integrating IPC into the TH fold. As a result there is constant change to our back office structure. This is challenging/uncomfortable but its not a forever situation.
