      Pros

      Best Boss I have ever had!! Very flexible hours. I have never had a job like this, its great! This is my dream job. Hoping for full time, but the compensation for being part-time almost makes up for it. Everyone helps everyone else out. They make you feel like an extremely valuable employee even though they are many miles away.

      Cons

      Only con I have on this entire job is that its part-time. Would love to get some kind of benefits with being part-time.

      Pros

      Flexible working environment. Benefits and PTO are good compared to other companies. Company gives adequate raises each year and has bonus potential for Management employees.

      Cons

      Little support or involvement from corporate leadership. Only involved when there is a major issue in which they have little advice on how to fix or negate in the future. Salary for Management and Staff Level employees within billing centers is below industry standard for the nation and the state.
