      Pros

      TEAMHEALTH is a dynamic company where effort is recognized and talent rewarded. There is a real appreciation in the DNA of the company for the hard work that all employees contribute to the cause. A person can go as far as their talent and ambition will allow in this organization. It is a special place with leaders who have and demonstrate values all the way through the organization.

      Cons

      TEAMHEALTH is a large organization and at times any one person might feel slightly disengaged. However, that is not be design but rather a by product of growth and success and management tries hard to minimize this where and when it occurs.

      Pros

      Flexible Schedule - my manager really stresses that our family/children come first. Competitive Pay Fantastic coworkers Safe/clean work environment The company makes you feel like you are an integral part of it's success - you are making a difference. And that's huge! I don't feel like just a warm body in a seat. I never wake up and dread going to work. I genuinely love the job I do. The pros far outweigh the cons

      Very little interaction with other departments and corporate office Immediate managers are often inaccessible. Everyone is in a meeting all the time or in their office with the door closed. Very little interaction with folks of our own department. No staff meetings, no team building exercises. We only meet if there's a 911 issue. Benefits/insurance is high. I have to pay $800 extra a year on top of my medical insurance because I don't meet their "health" criteria. Yet they serve nothing but snacks, sodas and chips in the vending areas. Raises are yearly but are minimal
