      Great company and staff

      Pros

      The staff is great. Works well together...amazing team. Most patients state they have a positive experience and are grateful that they don't have to wait for hours like they do if they go to the emergency room.

      Cons

      The pay is a bit lower than working in the hospital. It would be nice to have extra staff on during peak times. Not the best benefit package.

      The company is fully-invested in professional development and growth. If you are the type of individual that thrives in an environment where you are asked to innovate and challenge ideas then this is the place for you!

      Cons

      There is some inconsistency in the way that different managers approach workloads, but that ultimately is an issue that you'd see at any company with diverse leadership.

      Hours are long, and depending on schedule hard to plan family activities, that require overnight care.
