      Pros

      Company has tremendous growth and opportunities

      Cons

      No orientation--position had been vacated. Hours changed after I began work and had asked specifically about the hours. NPs at the site did not assist me and seemed to want me to fail with scheduling. No one ever thanked me or seem to appreciate things I did get accomplished and there was a lot left in a mess.

      Pros

      Physician led company with excellent opportunities for growth. Well positioned and adapting to the changes in the healthcare landscape. Takes good care of it's providers, with an emphasis on work-life balance, and preparing them for the many changes that lie ahead (ICD-10, PQRS measures, etc.)

      Cons

      It's growing so fast, keeping up with recruiting has been a challenge, but resulting in many opportunities for moonlighting!
