      Pros

      I have a great manager and team that I work with. Most interaction with other departments is great.

      Cons

      Upper management has no clue what it takes to get the job done. The do not seem to care about the relationships we have to build with clinicians and facilities. They have no idea how much of what we do impacts a positive impact and removing people just to satisfy the bottom line strains those positive connections.

      Pros

      Literally are no pros to working for this company. Not even benefits.Do not take a job with this company, if you do you will regret it. If you just Check out Facebook reviews about this company alone from its customers you will see that it is dreadful.

      Cons

      Modern Day slavery practices are implemented in corporate structure causing bad mental & physical health issues toward employees. Healthcare company in which most employees incur massive health issues while on the job, caused by the stress of these practices. The customers mostly are its own employees. The ambulance is called to work location on a daily basis.

      Management has unrealistic expectations, they invest their money in all the wrong places, no growth potential although they make you think that there is, the place has become a revolving door, they need to pay their employees more for the amount of work they demand.
