Worst decision I made

Pros

Flexibility with hours. Some overtime available. Some co-workers very nice and helpful outside of management and majority of team leads who just make false promises or pass you on to someone else because they either have too much work of their own or are lazy. .

Cons

Everything else. Unethical and discriminatory, fake, worst software and procedures training of my life, outdated software, most team leads in my department were useless and didn't care. Gossip and politics trumps skill, honesty, hard work or experience level.

Pros

Have an event staff to encourage people. Have hired company to review new procedures during future anticipated growth.

Cons

Love company but wish I was in a different department. The director attitude is everyone is replaceable. This department isn't allowed to attend company activity as director states no time. If the CEO only knew how disrespected this dept is even though it is the same dept that brought in millions of dollars last month. All I can say is our competitor's are getting some well trained people thanks to team health

Pros

People. People. People. This is a big company and made some friends for life.

Cons

Confederacy of separate "States" searching for direction. Big. Some very arrogant by being #1 or #2 market leader. Lack of innovation or creative executives. Very bottom line driven vs. people/customer driven. Slow decision making, CEO needs to sign-off on purchasing office supplies, doesn't seem very strategic and good use of senior talents.
