      It's a job nothing else good to say.

      Cons

      Favoritism like you wouldn't believe, low salary, you need to complaine to HR to get a shift change, parking is a block away, dirty building.

      Pretty well run. Provides generally good quality service and fairly good compensation.

      Cons

      No job security. No benefits As with all the contract ED companies, gaining and keeping contracts and protecting the 'middleman' position is a much higher priority than holding hospitals accountable or fairness to any individual doctor. You WILL be tossed under the bus if it serves the political objectives if the company protecting the contract.

      no really any pros, there are different rules for different employees, depends on who you are on what you get

      when my father passed away unexpectedly, my boss told me I could not be gone for more than one day for bereavement, not even unpaid leave.
