      Pros

      Their hours are lovely!!!! You can balance home and work life with no problem! They have employee recognition also which is nice.

      Cons

      Pay rate, training, management, is aweful. If you can endure a company who micromanage, and constantly make changes which makes your work life horrible then this is the place for you!

      Pros

      TeamHealth has been a fantastic place to work. They stress work/life balance, they focus on the work that needs to be done and stress a TEAM environment. They have a very rigorous interview process that really focuses on hiring good people and if they will fit in with the team. Leadership shares what is going on and tries to keep people in the loop. Overall, I enjoy coming in to work on a daily basis and leave feeling satisfied, like I have contributed to the bigger picture.

      Cons

      Company is growing at an incredible rate. The amount of manual work is tough to keep up with. Need more automation and a better HCM system.

      Pros

      The office work/job is very simple. Very laxed and laid back atmosphere. Its business casual and very understanding of personal time off needs.

      Cons

      There is an exceeding amount of internal office drama. People do not tell people requirements of the job positions so that they can start fueds between employees. Its a very bitter coworker-coworker atmosphere. HR and management are absolutely useless as well.
