      Many leadership changes over the years. Being pubically traded, you have no warning if things are about to change.

      Flexibility. Vacation time grows the longer you work there. Many service lines you can learn from. Job growth. Continuum of care model

      Cons

      Leadership lacking. Not enough support staff. No team mentality. Your best employees are over worked while the poor employees are not pushed to do better.

      Pros

      I felt that the training was very good before we went onto the floor answering calls. The staff is unusually supportive and the doctors when called were much nicer than what I was used to from surgeons.

      Cons

      I had some trouble transferring to a home nurse set up- from the computer set up part of the work.

      - HR is always available to answer questions - My job offers great flexibility - Great benefits & paid holidays (including Christmas Eve & day after Thanksgiving) - Plenty of team support
