      Fast growth means lots of change. The entire healthcare industry is ever-changing, too! So, employees joining TeamHealth must be progressive and embrace new ways of doing their jobs, which is not necessarily a "con." Just don't expect things to operate the same way year after year. You need to enjoy a challenge.

      Cons

      Still tangling with Medicaid/Medicare regarding NPI, background check status, etc. and the person helping me seems as confused as I am.
