      Pros

      Company really cares about their employees. Positive working environment. Training program is far above what I have seen for most companies. Perks of working at the center includes, fitness center, free trainer, Market place and 401k program.

      Pros

      I work for a staffing company owned by TeamHealth. In my brief 3 years with the company I have been afforded two opportunities to advance and grow. From a LT Account Exec. to a Perm Placement Coordinator and now to Managed Account Administrator. Excellent supportive culture, great benefits and plenty of opportunity for growth. I am thrilled and truly thankful to work with the people I do and for such a wonderful organization. There is a reason TeamHealth has much recognition, it's an excellent company to work for....and it it's that way because of the people and the culture we create.

      Cons

      I wouldn't call it a con but more of a challenge; the medical industry is ever changing and evolving which means we must always remain adaptable and ready to rise and comply to new demands. Fast paced and constantly changing.

      Pros

      People are great, pay is very good, seems to have great management. For the company to be as big as it is you still don't feel left behind like some corporate places. Also they take your safety very serious.

      Cons

      You can't wear jeans everyday. And there's not a workout facility.
