Pros

They put a front of being an amazing place to work and they throw a lot of parties.

Cons

If you're not a white male or an elderly white woman, they don't care about you. In fact, they would prefer to make your life miserable and then say it's because you don't work hard enough. The entire time I was there, I was the most productive employee they had in my department. I was there every day on time and enrolled more providers and took more intiative and collected payments like a champ. About a year after I started working there, they started making all of the employees sign out and back in when they went on breaks and would punish anyone that was even a minute late from their break. Lunch schedules weren't a thing but they would watch you like a hawk and then say you went to lunch too late or too early in the day. They also hold it against you when you use PTO, even though you worked for that time off. I also had grown middle aged women yell at me and call me names and gossip behind my back when I was there. I was harrassed by the new "director" that was hired after I got there, even after hours and when I was sick. I also saw them fire a secretary that had worked there for 20 years and physically remove her from the building- she was an elderly woman and did not deserve to be physically kicked out of the building when she had jus been laid off due to the company losing money. When I finally put in my two week notice, the last day I was incredibly sick and couldn't make it in so I contacted my boss to let her know I'd be in the next day to finish up some things and hand off whatever I needed to. I got an email not to worry about it. So I showed up the next day and they had left a box with all of my things off my desk in it, some of my stuff was broken, and I found out that they had fired me even though it was the last day of my two week notice and I had been in contact with my manager. So glad I don't work there anymore.
