      Working with people with a lot of experience in the industry. The company means well, tries to keep up with the times and stay ahead of all the changes in healthcare.

      Cons

      It’s corporate America. Metrics are number one and number two!

      Poor new management

      Great pay in some departments.

      Cons

      The new management in that department is not great and has been known to make racist comments. HR is a joke in that company.

      At TeamHealth, we have a culture and a value system that will not tolerate racism, hateful expression, intimidation, harassment or discrimination – and we all know that permitting any of those to manifest in the workplace results in barriers, biases and inequities.

      Training is a fly by the seat of your pants. Needs a little more 1 on 1 instead of here it is sink or swim
