Pros
The Job is fully remote, and I will say they give the resources to get your job done without being at am office.
Cons
There is absolutely no work life balance with this company. You literally have to do a spreadsheet to get a day off. So pretty much getting a day off that you have earned, requires a darn project. You are also over whelmed the workload they give without much of a pay raise.
