      Pros

      The majority of other employees are friendly and helpful. They have several locations and do solicit internally for employees to apply to job openings. The PTO available is slightly above average.

      Cons

      The health insurance is obscenely expensive for the size of the company. Also, the company has lost a large portion of female upper leadership this past year (no longer any female leadership over VP).

      Pros

      Team Health continues to grow and succeed in a changing and challenging healthcare environment. It is comforting to have the security of a large, thriving company while having the local and personalized support of regional management. The risk management tools and CME are fantastic. I feel well supported to be a productive clinician.

      Cons

      At first a large company can be difficult to navigate, but the folks are more than helpful and it is easier to get things done once you get used to it.
