      Pros

      The environment of the office is very welcoming and collaborative. Everyone is willing to help each other out. Coworkers and President are very friendly and enjoy working with the clients. I felt I was fairly compensated for my skill set and there was plenty of opportunity for growth, raises, and advancement. The President is a very understanding family man that truly cares about his employees and their success.

      Cons

      The only con I had was that I lived so far away from the office but that isn't a reflection on the office. I wish I was able to work remotely on a sick day since the office was so far.

      Pros

      I've been here only three and a half months in a senior management position but the environment here is something I wish I experienced earlier in my career. The support, appreciation for you efforts and managements willingness to listen and be open to new ideas is impressive. This is a company that is continuously looking at what it does and asks how do we get better. Good benefits and always improving them is a top priority for ownership. This company is doing it the right way.....in my opinion.

      Pros

      Excellent and supportive work environment. Company culture is very friendly. Ownership makes you feel like they really care for your best interests both on and off the clock. Challenging work that allows you exposure to clients from a wide range of industries. Cannot recommend this employer enough.

      None that I can think of.
