Pros

You will get experience working with a great many technologies.

Cons

Management doesn't have much technical knowledge so they don't understand how long certain technical tasks take so projects are planned and bid poorly due. This causes Projects to go over the allotted time frames. Techs get blamed for poor execution of projects rather than Managers for poor planning. I was expected to do in 30 hours what Microsoft Techs can't do in 100. Lack of Professionalism goes all the way to the top. The Owner has literally stood in the middle of the office stomping and yelling like a 6-year-old. Clients require monthly meetings with Management to scrutinize billing due to lack of trust.

Needs Better Processes and Communication

Pros

The technical team is awesome. They really know their stuff, and helped me out a lot. The atmosphere is good and pretty collaborative, and everyone seems to get along.

Cons

Team Logic has a lot of inconsistent processes. Most everything is tribal knowledge, and best practices, while in place as much as possible for their clients are non-existent internally. There is a KB and a customer wiki, but one is woefully out of date and the other has 4 pages. The KB System needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. Also there were several times when I reached out for help on processes and told to just do it myself, only to later hear back that I'd done something incorrectly. This was super frustrating because I'd reach out for assistance before trying and then not get it. Finally there is no AC, and my cubical was hot as balls.
