Pros

Get to work with few kick-ass minds. Very challanging work. Learning new technologies everyday. Decent pay and opportunity to work after-hour/overtime to get some extra cash. Learn professionalism.

Cons

No flexibility in timings - but I guess that's the nature of their business. Need to learn everything on your own - as no one has time to provide you training in the fast-paced environment.

It's definitely a very fast environment. So your mind should be ready for that. Great opportunities to learn new technologies and develop old skills. Enjoined working here. Strong team led by experienced owner.

Cons

In few years, you can find yourself dealing with the same issues but for different customers. But I believe that's true for any business :-)

We are TEAM players here. We all work together extremely well. The owner encourages team atmosphere. The owner is very approachable and fair. He encourages personal growth. They have provided all of us with many opportunites to learn and grow.
