Free tea, 40% discount and having the chance to learn about teas.

Cons

I thought I was hired based on my sales experience, but it turns out the company will hire any warm body to push their sale gimmicks. Very aggressive in sales and no room to be yourself when selling items. I thought we were only going to be trained about the tea and products, but it was very heavy handed in learning how to be pushy with people and forcing them to spend more than what they probably can afford.

Great Company - Some Poor Management

Pros

The product is very high quality, and the company stands behind what it sells. The compensation is reasonable, and the hours are what you would expect in retail.

Cons

The management at the Ridgedale store changed a few months ago, and the entire morale of the staff dropped. It has become cutthroat, people stealing each others sales, and the manager ignores it. There are favored employees, and if you aren't in that group, there is a pointed effort to get you to quit.
