Selling top-quality products, free tea, 40% discount, fun employees, health improves due to the extensive amount of yummy tea consumed!

Cons

Management too secretive, management expects too much, management may know a lot about tea, but not much about managing.

Pros

It's a very fun and relaxed environment although we do work very hard. The customers are very thankful for the knowledge that they gain just trying tea at the store while being educated by an associate. There is a huge opportunity for growth within the company. An excellent benefits package is available to both full time and part time employees including a monthly bonus, health insurance, 401K and all the tea you can drink during your shift! At Teavana, nobody is a number, you are empowered to make decisions and mistakes. The CEOs of the company are laid back and respectful of all of their employees no matter their title.

Cons

Everything is based on your numbers and not necessarily you as a person. People can be promoted that do not deserve the position due to this. Communication between corporate and the stores can be lacking at times.
