There are some very talented and caring people here.

Cons

Lack of developing strong candidates. Be prepared to find your way around on your own through the maze of code in the puzzle of applications. Work / Life Balance is almost non-existent. Layoffs abound...even for employees that have been with the company 10+ years. Revolving door. Too many contractors. Management cares for management and bottom line of more senior management. Favoritism.
