I believe the company itself is good but the IT Web development department is awful. There is no such thing as work/life balance. The culture is so bad that a lot of people have left. The team is probably less than half of what it should be. The only people are there who cannot afford to leave - e.g. people with h1b's. The problem really started when a new leader started heading the department 3-4 years. The leader along with handpicked managers changed the culture for worse. They may not be with the company anymore but that is the thing with culture; people are long gone but the culture lives on.
