Pros
Very rewarding with incentives, trips, lunches, events, free tickets etc. Its also a good place to work to get your foot in the door, but not long term.
Cons
The pay is almost half compared to the rest of the industry. Not a very good work life balance in my opinion. Every day at 9am on the dot my manager stands up and takes roll, and actually DIS-couraged me from volunteering for bring your child to work day. Its hard to get promoted and actually get a comparable raise. My raise was only 10 cents when i was promoted from solutions associate to rep.
