This company is really disorganized and some practices are extremely antiquated

Pros

Laid back atmosphere, some people are really cool to get along with, salary is pretty good

Cons

Tools are really outdated, processes are mostly broken and there is no real cooperation among teams, this gotta be one of the most siloed companies I've ever been to, every week I receive different instructions and different, expectations are sometimes outrageous considering the lame tools we have to put up with everyday
