      Pros

      They value and reward your ambition, they encourage feedback, and allow you to work on projects that stretch you.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from management, competitive attitude among coworkers, petty management, lack of credit where due sometimes. I had 3 years of solid experience and they gave me entry level salary.

      steady pay, health benefits, employee owned

      Cons

      low wages, tiny bonuses, poor management, hr team does not care about employees, CEO is a used car salesman that tells you what you want to hear while not making good on any promises and deflecting when asked hard questions as to his failure to do well by the company. lots of hypocrisy.

      -Management besides a select few are attentive and helpful -Awesome coworkers, always helpful and respectful -Plenty of overtime available

      -Pay is average for this kind of role -Upper management seems to have strayed from original company values
