      Very structured work environment prepares you to be a disciplined employee there or future jobs.

      Like most employers today the pay isn't enough

      Pros

      They hire anyone, work is mindlessly easy. Everyone does drugs and no one cares. They pay a little more than minimum wage.

      Cons

      Incredibly dangerous. Work with ridiculous toxic chemicals without basic safety precautions. Engineers are morons. Management gas no clue how any of the operations actually work. Pay increases are a joke. Everyone in human resources is out to get the low level employees. No reward for hard work. Constantly berated by incompetent managers. All of the quality control and documentation is completely falsified.
