      Pros

      Benefits are good, ESOP, stable work, 3 shifts provide opportunities to people with unconventional schedules.

      Cons

      Cliquey. Unless you are social with everyone outside of work you will never get ahead. If you are not in a management position, your opinions do not matter. Rampant homophobia, racism, and classism hidden behind fake smiles.
