Many projects to work on. Good management

Very less scope for mechanical engineers, low CTC, appraisal was pretty low as well.

- Brand Name - Good Senior Management

Cons

- Partial Management, better onsite opportunities mostly to employees who do buttering to the managers (Not all managers are like that) - Not supportive RMG (Resource Management Group) People are forced to select a project or resign else threatened that a warning letter would be issued if not obliged - Policies are Pro-Management and not employee friendly. - The working hours defined here are 9:30 Hours/ day
