No pros i seen in techm in my 5 years career

Cons

No new Learnings, You just spend time on your own skill learnings but its all kinda waste, as internal hiring are not proving the opportunity for same. So much micromanagement. Even you are working on any thing important office work, if TL message in group you need to keep all beside and give attention to TL's things, whether it is important or not.
