Management appears to prioritize quarterly revenue, cost-cutting, and shareholder interests over employee growth and retention. Recent cost-cutting measures have further reduced employee benefits, with lower variable pay offered instead of salary hikes. Experienced professionals may find limited opportunities to work on modern development projects, as many assignments are maintenance or support-focused.
