      Pros

      Employees dont shower before coming to work (as they are up all night trying to impress their boss) - this should be in the CONS

      Cons

      Extremely unprofessional! No privacy of colleagues. Constantly trying to sweet talk to manager "Sir Ji Sir Ji".

      Great company to learn new technologies . Very few people with exceptionally good behavior towards associate

      Worse management At onsite,resources are not valuable to company , only money . At onsite ,can beat Indian politics At onsite no project stability .

      If "0" rating option present, I would have selected that option.

      Cons

      No concerns for employees as they treat employees like tissue paper. I have approached HR as I missed enrollment for benefits in my 4 th year as for 3 years, benefits are auto enrolled and suddenly they changed policy and gave very short notice in december last week. Since I have company holidays, I could not able to enroll in time and they cancelled coverage for my family members and asked me to look outside insurance and told me it is not their concern. I got this response after sending countless mails and countless calls to HR, They did not even bothered to answer my call and address the issue. It is just one of the incident and they least bothered about employee welfare.
