Pros
Some employees and leaders are supportive in your career growth. I have a team lead who has supported me even when I was struggling due to personal reasons.
Cons
Politics are evident for promotion. HR/Payroll/IT most of them are biased, solution wise to issue/concern will take weeks or months to be resolved or none at all. Engagement team don't have the rightfull skills to engage employees. Security team rules are ridiculous (micromanaging) unless you're someone they're close with. Game facilities are not freely used by employees, needs approval from your manager before use instead of the facility or front desk team. Payslip are built to confuse computation of your salary. SL/EL OR VL are still given seperately not as PTO, monthly accrual is 0.5 for SL/EL.
