      good for onsite opportunity if you get that is..

      Pros

      job is secure as it is a Indian based consulting company with many projects. Onsite opportunities.

      Cons

      No careerwise growth at all. Compensation is very low. There are no such things as benefits. Visa extension is filed at the last moment. Higher management work is unsatisfactory. Don't allow you to take leave and if you do, they expect you to work from home even after taking the leave.

      None. Expect contract jobs you can not expect much from this company

      Cons

      They treat all Us employees (Full time) like contractors. They give 2 weeks notice as soon as the project ends even if you are fulltime employee. I do not know how are they getting away with this since they don't follow layoff rules at all.

      Pros

      You will get many good long time projects on site projects. Company benefits are fine.

      Cons

      The annual wages increments are very poor. The higher management is very bad and they are not employee friendly. I have have working for 6 years and there has been almost no increment in the salary.
