None - wouldn't recommend it.

Employees are denigrated. This is a 3rd world outfit that has dragged that culture into the US. THEY LIE - do not trust anyone in this company. 1. Ethics - zero 2. Trust - zero 3. Culture - 3rd world cesspool of a culture (Senior management from India harasses employees at all levels openly on conference calls) 4. Respect for employees at all levels - zero 5. Human Resources in the US - a dummy paper-pushing group You will be stripped off your dignity at this company and feel a sense of loss of time, even if your stint is short. High churn with most current US employees looking (minus the ones shipped from India). A very immature company, with a bad core that won't change. None of the US hires will be able to help. Be warned and stay away from this company. I wonder when and how the US ever set the bar so far down that we've descended this deep into the abyss allowing such companies to operate on our soil. When did we sell our souls.

Pros

For the division that I worked in, my peers were very supportive and helpful. My managers were mentors.

Cons

The mothership of Tech Mahindra was very frustrating overall. Internal forms and processes were horrible for HR, time reporting, and similar administrative functions. The IT security team and help desk were horrible. I took me nearly 4 weeks to get access and some of my peers reported longer waits. Helpdesk always ignored that I was a U.S. based employee and would attempt to call me during India business hours. This happened all the time. Outside of the small US-based division, I don't understand how the company stays functional. And the overbearance of IT security was ridiculous. They claimed to protect company assets, yet the backdoor that I could find clearly showed false sense of security.
