      Good Salary - again this depends on the urgency of project. Good work life balance - again depends on project

      Cons

      No proper onboarding process pathetic Recruiter and they lie to you just to hire as they want to fulfill the client requirement at any cost No ID cards for US employees - No one answers this question not even HR Payroll admin and all the processes are handled from India which is sometimes pain

      Pros

      High degree of flexibility in office timings, decision making. Very aggressive in winning new deals, Supportive Senior management, Lots of new opportunities. Office culture is poor, employees are not well groomed and lack etiquette.

      Cons

      Resourcing issues, incentives are not timely, HR tools and policies are poor. Employee reimbursements are very poor. No clarity on promotions etc. Very little or no investment in employee training or welfare

      Brand has good value in market considering the Mahindra Group

      A** Licking Environment People like Richa Gautam are running the show in-spite of being inadequately trained and qualified to handle responsible position After having been promoted as a AVP, and getting a cabin to herself...the only activity that happens inside the cabin is make - up sessions. Training team specially a team of sluts for client entertainment in the name of client engagement...and this is not fiction but fact from the horse's mouth that's me Only the close ones to her and her lobby gets promoted every year including her. DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY
