      Awful Indian consulting company with typical Indian work ethics and managers

      None. Work here if you have no where else to go

      Oh where to begin 1. Most people here are from india and they like to bring in office politics into everything 2. Managers are again Indian and have zero respect for their peers. They just love their power trip of being a manager 3. They have hundreds of useless internal processes which you are forced to waste your time on. For instance they keep sending you some useless internal certifications every few months and all of them are awful 4. No focus on quality of work. All they care of putting some bodies and making money out of them

      Occasionally lenient about working remotely, depending on contract and role Decent health, dental and life insurance options Lenient with taking unpaid time-off

      Poor management of contracts and personnel Poor communication of client expectations Poor ability to source talent, leading to long periods of being overworked Severely underpay employees (approximately 30% below industry standards) Poor understanding of American labor laws, leading to forced unpaid overtime Lack of options for upward mobility

      They pay you, but not on time or right.

      Cons

      Culture issues with hiring US employees. HR is the worst I've ever seen. You can't even call someone to get help. They will hire you without having a contract in place. My W2 they sent has the wrong SSN#. They possibly have misplaced my number. Useless training required. Hiring takes Months, and you have to send the same things like 4-5 times. unprofessional & very dishonest with Employees.
