There are so many I really don't know where to start. First is my Job title is not what I do and they haven't changed that is 7 years. My salary is the same amount as what my salary was in 2003 with only 5 years experience. Now I have 29 years. Leave and sick days are the same amount as they were when I started here in 2018. The company rates go up for the company my contract is with but the personnel has been cut significantly. The most greedy company I have ever been associated with. US employees knowledge is dismissed and US employees are talked over in meetings

So many- No transparency Outdated processes with multiple approvers and no clear documentation causes people to spend their time figuring out how to work instead of actually working Tosses employees because their systems don't work, no severance Requires multiple hours per week spent on non-billable items, but requires 8 hours/day billable hours. So expect to end up working more than you are paid for.
