      Will replace you with offshore resources if it will save them money

      Pros

      Salary was decent, medical, dental and vision benefits were good.

      Cons

      10 vacation days max (plus holidays) - you are encouraged to take unpaid leave. If they think you can be replaced by a cheaper offshore resource, they will replace you. This year, they reduced salaries with no prior warning. It wasn't until people noticed and started asking questions that they held a meeting to explain.

      Pros

      exposure to new technologies in telecom as it is preferred carrier vendor lab. Team is supportive. Cultural events are celebrated on every occasion , good work balance

      Cons

      lower wages as per ongoing market , no increment and some time lobbying , Micro Management etc.
