The company often disburses payouts ahead of the scheduled dates, demonstrating its commitment to employee satisfaction. Additionally, TechMahindra offers a wide range of activities to boost employee engagement, fostering a vibrant and supportive work environment.
Cons
On the contrary, when it comes to compensation, TechMahindra does not offer competitive packages, even for employees who have been with the company for a significant amount of time and have received internal promotions. Additionally, compared to other BPO companies, TechMahindra lacks perks, especially during the holiday season. Since I joined the company, there has been no Kick-off Party or Year-end celebration. Moreover, the consistency of the yearly appraisals has been an issue; for instance, we have not received any appraisal for this year. Although TechMahindra promotes the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) initiative, there have been instances where employees, particularly associates, who reported harassment felt unsupported. Instead of receiving full support and unbiased opinions, the management's actions often made the victims feel neglected, leading them to resign or choose not to report any harassment.
